A pre-release version which includes the fix is available from http://ds.bbsoftware.co.uk/dp.aspx?file=bbfbx_2.5.0.1916.exe.

If you try this version out, can you let us know if the fix is successful or not please?

(Note - One of the notable changes is that, by default, closing the FBX window now minimises it to the system tray. You can revert to the old behaviour by changing the new setting in the Settings. And don't worry, the spelling mistake in one of those options will be corrected by the time the next update is released)

Personally, I imported the problem video into a free program called Handbrake and re-encoded it using the HQ Youtube/Vimeo 720p60 preset, then changed the bitrate from 23 to 15. After that, it imported flawlessly.

Also there is a problem with hiding mouse cursor, when I select "Never show cursor" It doesn't hide - or am I missing something?
