Can you take a look at the Hotkeys in FBX and make sure they're not assigned to anything that clashes with the controller.

FBX shouldn't have any effect on a USB device like that. Is the problem reproducible?

So you're playing R6 ok, recording it with FBX, then you plug in the controller, and the controller doesn't work? But if you don't have FBX recording then the controller works ok?

We've test DS4Windows while FBX is running and it runs fine for us with the default settings. Have you customized any of the settings within DS4Windows?
