No overlay on ROBLOX

For me it worked after like 5 mins of playing silenced assassin when my recorder would still open

Hi. We've still never managed to reproduce this, and we know many users are recording Roblox. Can you do this:
- Reproduce the problem by running FBX, switching to Roblox and not seeing the FBX overlay
- Go to the Support tab in FBX and send us a report. Include your email address and a quick description of the problem.
And we'll take a look.

And can you tell us if you are using the Roblox app that is available via the Windows Store or is it a version that was downloaded directly from the Roblox site?

Did you give it a try? We know that many people can record Roblox so it's worth attempting if you haven't already.
Also, if anyone does try to record Roblox and doesn't see the overlay, please do send us a report from the Support tab. We can't reproduce the problem so we do need some feedback from the community to help us get to the bottom of it.

@FBX-Recorder Yes, I did. I do have one question to why it might not be working... Do I need to be on an admin account on the computer to use it?

FBX does require elevated permissions in order to record - this is why the User Account Control window appears when you launch it. If you are using a non-admin Windows account, I expect the UAC window to ask for an admin password. If you progress beyond the UAC window then you should be good to record.
Could you send us a problem report so we can see if your log files give us any clues?

If you haven't already, can you send us a problem report from FBX please?
We're still trying to figure out why some people can record it but others can't.

Make the game's Screen Bigger (By pressing Alt+Enter)

You need to start recording after pressing Alt+Enter.
If you start recording with FBX before making the screen larger, recording will stop when you hit Alt+Enter, because FBX can't record 'through' changes in the game resolution.
Also, be aware that Roblox have set F12 as their 'Record Video' hotkey, which clashes with our default Ctrl+F12 hotkey. To record ok with FBX, you'll need to set its hotkey to something else - go to the Settings -> Hotkeys tab.
