how do i fix it so i can record my gameplay

Can you try this:

• Uninstall FBX
• Restart Windows
• Download and install FBX again

If you still have a problem, please click the Windows Start button and go to Programs -> Blueberry Software -> FBX Game Recorder -> Send a Problem Report.

@mr-repect Can you confirm a) That you reinstalled FBX, restarting Windows as described above, and b) that you've successfully sent a report? We don't see any from your live.se address.
