This looks like problems opening the login page with your default browser. Can you verify what your default browser is set to?

how do I do that?

To see what your default browser is: Click the Windows button in bottom left of the desktop. Click 'Settings' or 'PC Settings'. Click 'Apps' then 'Default Apps', and you'll see it there.

I mean, how did you get past the "Application not found" message on starting FBX? You changed nothing and it just started ok next time? We've had a couple of reports, so we're interested in the problem.
