No overlay on Emergency 4

Hi,
I want to record an old game, 'Emergency 4'. Pretty old, I know, but I like it. However, the overlay is not popping up. It worked before the latest update, and now, nothing! Could do with some help on this.

I think that is a DirectX 9 game, in which case FBX should be compatible with it. Can you do this please:
1 - In FBX, go to the Support tab and set the Log level to 'Verbose'.
2 - Switch to Emergency and leave it for 10 - 20 seconds.
3 - Switch back to FBX, go to the Support tab and send us a report
4 - Set the Log level back to 'Normal'

We've not had any new reports come through. Not sure what's happened to yours. Could you try sending again please?

When you click what - the 'Send' button on the Problem Report window?

OK, try this instead - after reproducing the problem, open your Windows Start menu, find the FBX Game Recorder folder and then try the Send a Problem Report shortcut in there.
