FBX 3.1 update is now available

The 3.1 update is now available for FBX.
The main changes are:

Turning on 'remove black bars' now always stretches the recording to 16:9, even if 'original' has been selected for the resolution.

Tweak: Adding objects to recordings is faster

Fix: GIFs were shortened to 3 seconds maximum

Fix: FBX could think it was still recording after the 'stop' hotkey had been pressed

Fix: Clicking 'X' to close FBX could cause it to hang
