FBX Game Recorder Not Startup!

Hello FBX Game Recorder,i have a problem with FBX the FBX Game Recorder it's not startup...i open...wait 10-15 seconds,and i watch in the task manager,and te FBX Game Recorder, it's stopped! Help me pls!! SUCK OBS!

If you go to your WIndows Start menu and find the FBX Game Recorder folder there, use the Send a Problem Report option to send us your log files. We'll take a look and try to find the cause.

How???,i have windows 8.1..How send problem report??? log file

It doesn't matter which version of Windows you are using - Just go to the Windows Start menu, find the FBX Game Recorder folder in there and click Send a Problem Report.

I sent Send A Problem Report and I open task manager I was watching it and when I opened Send a problem report after a few seconds it closed

the program is Incompatible Program Detected!

If the report is not sending, do this:
1 - Go to C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ (C:\ProgramData\ is hidden so you will need to have the option to see hidden items enabled)
2 - Send the most recent 'Session_' folder to a zip file
3 - Email the zip file to use at [email protected]
