FBX Game Recorder has stopped working

I am new to games recording. I have downloaded FBX and recorded a short clip of Minecraft. This appears in the Recordings area, but when I click to play the clip I get the following error:

FBX Game Recorder has stopped working.

Any advice gratefully received

Strange. We'll need to get a report from you to figure out what's going wrong on your PC. So, can you:

Reproduce the problem
Restart FBX
Go to the Support tab
Send us a report. Include your email address and a quick description.
