fbx kickstarting hyperdrive

i tried to install fbx but it just says kickstarting hyperdrive and it wont load

As we said in the other thread, we need you to send us a problem report:
1 - Open your Windows Start menu
2 - Find the FBX Game Recorder folder
3 - Click Send a Problem Report
4 - Enter a short description and then click Send.
