So you click the shortcut to start the app but then nothing happens at all?

Please do the following so we can look at your log files:
- Open your Windows Start menu
- Find the FBX Game Recorder folder in the Start menu
- Click Send a Problem Report
- Enter a short description and then click Send.

If that's not working then there must be a problem with your installation. Please reinstall.

We've got the install.log file - thanks. The developer responsible is away Monday but should be able to take a look tomorrow - we'll get back to you soon.

What version of Windows are you using?
And do you have all the latest Windows updates installed? If not, you may be missing come components that FBX requires so please install those and try again.

I am using windows 8.1 pro build 9600.Can you give me the link from where to install the components please

Just make sure that you have all of the latest Windows updates installed. You don't need to try installing anything yourself.

If installing all Windows updates fails to resolve the problem, you can manually download what you need from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145
However, it should be included in one of the updates for Windows 8 so we recommend only installing it yourself as a last resort.
