FBX not opening

I have the same problem the Justice Cat Toy described a day ago, however it still happens when I disable my antivirus.

Please find the FBX Game Recorder folder in your Windows Start menu and use the Send a Problem Report shortcut in there to send us your log files. We'll need to check those.

Should this be in the Program Files folder or the one in videos? because I can't find the shortcut in either.
