Really bad audio glitch

I am recording a minecraft lets play series for youtube. Love this game recorder for the most part. But I recorded a 17 min video in minecraft and the audio is SUPER messed up. I have an Acer Nitro 5 with intel i9, nvidia 3060, and 32gb of ram. The problem only happened once since I bought my new computer.
Please help!
