FBX video files lost. Need help please

I've used FBX years ago, I'm pretty sure from 2020 and before. I'm just now trying to find my edited videos, and what I have recorded. I don't know if there is a chance to retrieve the videos, but I really need to know if they are recoverable, I looked on my files already. I have an FBX folder, which has exports, projects, recordings, and screenshots, but they are all empty. Please reply to me, and please let me know if there is any way I can recover or retrieve these videos and recordings. Thank you so much.

If those folders are empty, then the files must have been either deleted or moved to another folder at some point. Unfortunately, there is nothing FBX can do to find or recover those.
