I keep getting a VCE-ICodecAPI-IsSupported warning when I try to record my game.

Hi, I keep getting this warning box pop up when I hit Control F12, which stops my recording and gives me a failed recording message after
VCE-ICodecAPI-IsSupported warning I have read it is a video card problem, but I am not sure how to fix it, I find little info on the web for this and all of it was in either another language or it was written for a programmer, which I am NOT! Thank you for your help.

Hi. Can you try selecting a different Encoder on the tab Settings -> General, and see if this removes the problem.

Whether it works or doesn't can you tell us what encoder you had selected?

Hi. A developer's taken a look at this and suggested updating or reinstalling your video drivers.
