Can you do this please:

In Windows Explorer go to the folder c:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder
(you may need to turn on 'hidden items' in the View tab of Windows Explorer to see the folder) -
The folder contains a number of folders named 'Session_...'. Right click the most recently created and select Send To -> Compressed Folder.

Email the zip file this creates to [email protected]
And we'll take a look.

We've made a fix to the login server. If you try again it should work fine now.

Hi Mateo, i actually found a way to fix this out. You just need to set up a default web browser to your computer. Check it out buddy
