No Overlay display on Overwatch

Inside of the FBX program it shows Overwatch as an example of how to use the recording software. When I load up Overwatch the Overlay never shows up.

We've recorded Overwatch many times so we know that you should be able to record it
Can you reproduce the problem please and then immediately go to the Support tab and send us a report?
We'll take a look at the log files to see if we can get to the bottom of it.Also, if you are running anti-virus software, can you try adding an exception for FBX to see if that makes any difference? We're starting to suspect that overly-aggressive AV software may be responsible for some of the missing overlay reports we receive.
