How can I add my blue snowball for the audio?

My blue snowball mic is not an option to choose for a mic to record the audio.How do I get it to show up as an option?

We have users using the Blue Snowball and similar, so it should be recordable. Can you go to the Support tab and send us a report - this will include information about your audio configuration. Thanks.
