A recent update for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive added ‘Trusted Mode’, which blocks 3rd party apps, including game recorders, from accessing the game. You now either have to use Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s untrusted launch option, which should allow it to be detected by FBX's Game capture mode or you will need to use Fullscreen capture mode instead.
Assuming you have a sensible mic volume set in FBX's audio settings, we're not sure why it would be so quiet. Possibly if you have the Noise Reduction option enabled, it hasn't worked properly. If you can reproduce the problem and then use the Send a Problem Report on the Support tab to send us your log files, they may tell us more.
