When I login to youtube to stream FBX says I'm not set up for streaming when I am

    I Login to YouTube to stream a video I select my account FBX says " Thanks for granting permission" I go back to FBX and it says my account is not setup for streaming and I am as you can see. PLEASE HELP MEEEEE
