i paid for subscription, still have watermarks and program telling me to upgrade.

It's been 14 days since I paid for upgrade, and the program still tells me to upgrade to remove watermark as well still plasters it on the video.. i made a ticket, they asked for proof of the payment from my bank, which i did, and still, nothing.

Wanted to let be known, the mark is gone and shows me as PRO status. I just opened and the reminder is gone, so not sure when was fixed, but I thank you kindly.
