What's the max Frames per Second I can record at?

The only real limit to what FBX can handle is whatever your PC can manage. However, for the time being we've capped put a couple of caps in place.
If you are using a hardware encoder, the recording FPS is capped to 144, simply so that the list of options doesn't get too long. There's no reason we can't increase this limit in the future if our users demand it though.
When using software encoders, the cap is lowed to 60 fps because higher frame rates will start to affect game performance, especially since this will usually mean that you are using an older or lower spec PC.
Just remember, as you ramp up the FPS, FBX needs more CPU and GPU resources to capture, compress and save its video, so you could find that when its set too high, the game performance is reduced as a result. Its going to depend on how hard the game is pushing your PC.
