video and audio mismatch after some time



  • when i open recorded video it plays well and quality is also good but audio of video is not matched with video after some time.

    Hi. We need to figure out if the problem is in the recording, or in FBX's playback. Can you try this:

    • Select the recording in FBX.
    • Click the folder button underneath it to open Windows Explorer with the video file selected.
    • Double click the video file to play the recording in your default video player.

    Do you still have the video and audio sync problem in the external video player, or is it just when playing back in FBX?

    Hi,
    Thanks for verifying the problem is in the recording and not the FBX player. This is likely to be a performance problem caused by heavy CPU usage and low available memory somehow - we can see that you're using a Pentium with 2Gb of RAM. I'd recommend selecting lower FPS value on the Settings -> General tab to improve CPU usage.
