webcam freeze, I stoped the record but still FBX keep recording and cant watch the record

Hello, meanwhile I am recording a game my webcam freeze I stop the record but FBX shows me that I am still recording. It occours after 2 min after start the recording. I have closed the program and started a new record but still happens the same and I can not watch the record as well. any help?

Hi. Thanks for contacting us. Can you send us a report please - we'll need the log files it contains to figure out what's going wrong.
Open FBX, go to the Support tab and click 'Send a report'. Then include your email address and a quick description. We'll take a look.
