Video Lagging and slow after Recording

Hi, after recording my video look slow and lagging. Need to set on what spec of setting, so that after recording my video will be smooth and not lagging. Thank You

Any lag you are seeing is probably due to high CPU usage so anything you can do to reduce that via in-game settings may help.
Within FBX, you could try one of the other hardware encoders if any are available to you or you could possibly drop the quality setting down a notch.
