How do I set the webcam position and size?

Go to the 'Webcam + Sound' tab and click 'Preview webcam and set position and size'. Size and position the webcam window on your main screen. That's the size and position it will have in the game.
You'll see a preview of the size and position when you switch to a game, if you've turned on the 'Record webcam' setting.
