FBX only starts once, and does not work. Then won't even start!

I have deleted and reinstalled FBX tons of times after the overlay wouldn't show up on a game. Then, I go into an endless cycle of installing, opening, trying, quitting, opening again, and deleting. I have run out of ideas. Please help!

Hi. Can you do this please:
- Tell us what game you are trying to record.
If you can start FBX:
- Reproduce the problem by starting FBX, switching to the game and seeing no overlay, then switch back to FBX, go to the Support tab and send us a report.
If you cannot start FBX, please do this:
- Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBX Game Recorder
- Right click the most recent 'Session...' folder and select Send To -> Compressed Folder
- Send the zip file it generates to us at [email protected]
