Can you do this please:
- Go to the folder c:\program data\Blueberry Software\FBX Game Recorder
- Right click the most recent 'Session...' folder and select Send to -> Compressed Folder
- Email the zip file this creates to [email protected]
And we'll take a look. And can you tell us what country you're in. If its Russia (unlikely looking at your email address, but you never know) then we may have a problem with your ISP blocking access to our servers - we use Amazon web services.

What do u mean by a 'session' folder? I cant tell if I have any of those

Go to the folder c:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder
And you should see a number of folders inside it named like "Session_2018...".
We need you to make a zip file of the most recent of those "Session_" folders, as described before, and send it to us.
The folders may be hidden, so try this: go to the View tab at the top of Windows Explorer and turn on "Hidden items".

@Gabriel-Holley We've made a fix to the login server. If you try again it should work fine now.
