BIG PROBLEM

It says failed loading video and it doent show the time record and the fps and i if it have been start and u will say now you need to have them on but i have them on and... pls help me

So the problem is that you've made a recording, but cannot play it in FBX? You see a "Failed loading video" message instead of the movie.
Does this happen for all recordings or just the one?
Can you reproduce the "failed loading video" problem, then go to the Support tab and send us a report. This will contain log files we can look at to figure out what's gone wrong.
