FBX is not allowed to open

Whenever I try to open FBX, I get prompted to enter an admin code. I have entered it, and also logged into admin and opened FBX, but the prompt keeps on appearing. Is there any way to fix this?

We're not sure what problem this is. Could you send us a screenshot of the prompt to enter an admin code?
