FBX works perfectly in my other games , except those two .. help

We've not had any problems when testing either game today but I wonder if this is related to anti-cheat software since both games use Easy Anti Cheat. EAC whitelisted FBX a long time ago so it should not be blocking FBX but perhaps there is an issue somewhere.
It would be helpful if you could go to the Support tab of FBX, set thew Log Level option to Verbose, then try one of the games while FBX is running and when the overlay does not appear, use the 'Send a problem report' option on the Support tab to send us a set of log files. Those might give us a better idea of what is going on.

Rather than the game's anti-cheat software, it could also be your anti-virus software that is blocking FBX from accessing the games because it mistakenly thinks FBX is trying to do something malicious. Which anti-virus do you use?
