It won't record minecraft

Ever time I try to record it by pressing the record button, the overlay just stays like that. When I switch to Fbx game record, it says I'm still recording, so when I stop recording, it just says 'Problem loading' or something.

- Go to the Support tab in FBX and send a report

We replied, but just realised we used the email address you registered with us, which seems to have a typo. We've replied again, to what we hope is your real address.
Anyway: We took a look and the log files show that when you switched back to the FBX, it was recording Minecraft ok.
Can you wait for a few more seconds to see if the overlay changes to indicate FBX is recording. If you still get the problem even after waiting, can you send us another report.

@FBX-Recorder i tried to wait for a long time, the overlay still didn't work. it works for every game except minecraft. But a long time ago when i recorded minecraft it worked perfectly fine but now it doesn't.
The overlay just seems to stay the same. When i stop the recording it just says 'problem loading video'.Please reply and fix

We got your report and have replied (email). That problem with the email address will be fixed in the new release - Due Tuesday the 3rd July.

Still looking at this. Can you try this: In the Settings -> Video -> Resolution, select "720p" and for the Frames per second, select 30. Also, can you close other applications apart from FBX and Minecraft while recording.
If this still doesn't work, can you select a different Encoder in the Settings -> Video tab.

Yeah not working for me too I have a laptop with 1 encoder so that's not gunna work do I'll try the 720p thing right now I'll say what happens after this

@Thebluejello Can you send us a report, so we can see what's happening on your PC:
- Reproduce the problem with recording Minecraft
- Go to the Support tab in FBX and send us a report
And we'll take a look.

@Phoenix-Mario How long do you wait for the FBX overlay to appear in Minecraft? The logs indicate that you're switching away from the game before it can be recorded.
Try waiting for 20 seconds to be sure. Don't switch away from Minecraft to any other program.
