wont stop recording

i record what i need then press ctrl and f12 or what i changed it to (cause previously changing the button would work) so i need some help cause now it basically ruined everything. and for my previous post it still not loading

We'll need you to send us a report, as in our reply to your startup problem.
- Reproduce the problem where you hit the hotkey to stop recording, but it doesn't stop.
- Go to the Support tab and send us a report. If FBX has crashed, restart it and go to the Support tab.
And we'll take a look at those log files. Thanks!
