I've done that and it's still not working when I open the application it says this https://users.fbx.gg/fbx?ticket= 12e8df8-478c-911f-cbaa74ec1d29 application not found

Very strange. Can you do this please:
- Send us a screenshot of the 'application not found' problem to [email protected]
- After reproducing the problem, go to the Support tab and send us a report.
We'll take a look.

We really need someone who is having this problem to send us some log files so we can investigate what is going on.
If you cannot get into FBX to send them from within the app, can you go to the C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ folder, make a zipped copy of the most recent Session folder and then send that to [email protected] please?

OK, we think we've figured this out - for some reason Windows is not passing the link to your default browser to open the login page.
We've added a workaround that we think should resolve this, which is available in the pre-release version below. Can you give it a try and let us know if it works please?

We can see you've overcome this problem, but you should use v2.6 instead of 2.5 - it has a lot of improvements and fixes. We'll remove the link to the old 2.5 version in the post above.
