FBX not working

So the download finished and i double clicked the icon then it said https://users.fbx.gg/fbx?ticket=
Application not found and then FBX says getting FBX login from server
anyone know how to fix this?!

We've had a few reports of this now but we really need someone who is affected to send us some logs files so we can investigate,
Can you go to the C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ folder, make a zipped copy of the most recent Session folder and then send that to [email protected] please?

OK, we think we've figured this out - for some reason Windows is not passing the link to your default browser to open the login page.
We've added a workaround that we think should resolve this, which is available in the pre-release version below. Can you give it a try and let us know if it works please?

no its not working it gives me a antivirus warning saying that it will hack my pc through windows but I know it wont so I clicked allow and now same result

Can you try following the instructions on this page to make sure that Chrome is correctly set as your default browser and then have another go at starting FBX please:
https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/application-not-found-error-mail-http-url/Also, if you see any anti-virus warnings, can you send us a screenshot please? FBX does not hack PCs so we need to contact the anti-virus developer to get this corrected.

Also, if that new version doesn't fix the problem, could you send us the latest log files as described before please?
