Failed loading video plz help!

I hit a really good clip in fortnite and i hit my correct binding f10 and the clip didn't even work also the whole recording just says Failed loading video. The short game i recorded previously was just fine. Please help, Thanks.

Can you use the 'Send a problem report' option on the FBX's Support tab to send us a set of log files please? We'll need those to see if there is anything we can do.
