Failed Loading Video

I’ve tried recording, it showed the overlay and recorded perfectly fine. But when I went to captures to look at the videos I had, and tried to load one of them. It said “Failed Loading Video”? This happened to every screed recording. Any idea what could be wrong? I tried reloading the software twice but it did not work.

We'll need to see logs from your PC to understand what's going wrong. Can you:
- Reproduce the problem, recording and checking that it doesn't play
- Go to the Support tab and send us a report
Could you also check what's in your /Videos/FBX Game Recorder folder. If recording was successful, there will be a number of MP4 video files there.
