Captures Crashes FBX To Desktop

For the last couple of days every time I click on "Captures" in the task bar, the program crashes to the desktop. Clicking on Home, Settings, and Options works fine, but Captures always results in a crash.
Before it crashed FBX stopped recording video, and would only record audio. Instead of video there was only a grey screen with the audio overlayed.
I have attempted to delete and redownload several times, but the problem remains. Customer support tickets have been sent in but nothing has been sent back.

@gamesNSFW-mythlover20 Sorry to hear this. I can see at least one of your mails went straight to the spam folder. It sounds like FBX has created a 'bad' video file somehow, which is fouling up the support tab. Can you:
For the Captures tab crash:
- Reproduce the problem with clicking on the Captures tab
- Restart FBX, go to the Support tab and send us a report. This will contain log files that give us a better idea of what's happening on your PC. We'll take a look.
For the recording problem:
- Tell us what game you're trying to record.
- Again, reproduce the problem and send us a report.
