i deleted fbx but the recording pop up are still there

You mean you still see the overlay appear when you start games?

yes that happen to me too how do I stop the overlay?

@Mars-Playz Replied to your other post, but so its here: to exit FBX completely, right click the tray icon and select 'Exit' on the menu.
If you want the 'X' on the main window to exit FBX and not send it to the icon tray, go to Settings -> Options and see the 'Application Settings'.
