Microphone setup

I am trying to setup a microphone to record audio,
but the option is completely grayed out and I cannot select it. The only other option (which is turned on) is game audio. The microphone I am using is a Zoom H1. I also have a CAD u37, but I do not know if the microphone itself is the problem. The microphone is set up and records properly in other programs (Adobe Audition and Audacity).

Can you go to the Support tab and send us a report - this will contain information about your audio setup.
