Two Issues - Not recording at 30FPS and Hardware Encoder stopped working

So initially I was able to use the Hardware Encoder, for me it's Intel Quick Sync Video. But now when I attempt to record with that encoder, the video is all messed up.
Also I set the FPS to 30, but it is still encoding at 20, so the setting isn't working correctly.

Very strange. Can you do this:
- Make a short recording using the Intel hardware encoder
- Check that it looks bad
- Go to the Support tab of FBX and send us a report, so we can see what's going on, on your PC.
- If possible, send us the 'bad' MP4 file to [email protected]
