Failed loading video for minecraft

So when I try to make a recording, it's perfectly fine 200fps+ etc. But when I try to view it, it says the video failed to load, furthermore when I tried to report it on the report thing in support section, when I press the button, nothing happens.

Can you restart FBX, then go to the Support tab and send us a report?

I can't it doesn't open

FBX doesn't open? So you have 3 separate problems: a recording that doesn't load, the report function doesn't work and now FBX doesn't start? I'd recommend uninstalling FBX, restarting Windows, then reinstalling FBX. Let us know the result. Thanks!

No, FBX opens, the report feature doesn't.

I tried deleting, restarting, then reinstalling but I still can't open the old recordings? They are visible it just still says 'failed to load video.'

Can you do as many as possible of these:

Send us an MP4 file that fails to open (use the 'Get MP4' button to open Windows Explorer with the video file selected)

Send a report from the Support tab. If you still can't do that, go to the folder c:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBX Games Recorder, find the most recent 'Session...' folder, right click it and select 'Send to -> Compressed Folder' and email the zip file this creates to [email protected].

We got your report - thanks. Its going to be difficult to figure out what went wrong with those old recordings. If you get a bad recording again, can you send us the most recent "Session_" folder again immediately.
The developer responsible for the report sending system is investigating that problem...
