I keep clicking crlt and f12 but it doesnt close and I cannot delete help!

So you can start recording by pressing the hotkey, but then pressing the same hotkey doesn't stop? Can you do this please:
- Try selecting a different encoder on the Settings -> Video tab
- Try recording a different game
If its still broken, then you'll need to send us a report - go to the Support tab to do this. We'll take a look.

I had a similar problem. My hotkey for recording is the numpad multiply button. What fixed it for me was holding left-click on my mouse, then pressing the button while still holding left-click. I think it just needs time to register that the app is open and being used, similqr to DXTory.

There shouldn't be any problem using the Multiply key for the recording hotkey - works fine for me.

@FBX-Recorder It's a little weird, but I've never had an issue where it actually refused to stop. I'd just click multiply, then the mouse, then multiply again. Works without fail.
