FBX freezes when I use Hardware Encoders

Hello!
When I start recording using Hardware Encoders FBX freezes and gets stuck at 0:00 and doesn't respond when I try to stop the recording. It just makes a video file with 0 bytes.
FBX works when I use Software Encoders but that makes my recording laggy, but it works.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance!

Which hardware encoders have you tried? Can you try all of the AMD and Intel options available?
