removing the overlay

when I play it always shows up the overlay when I don't want to recored . how do I exit or take out the overlay when I play a normal game

Right-click on tray, then click exit. By default, the X button minimizes FBX to the system tray, but you can change the X button in settings to fully close the application. Don't know why you wouldn't want the overlay though, not particularly obstructive.
