FBX loading forever 'Getting FBX login from server'

So I just got FBX and I really want to try it out, but this that says '' Getting FBX login from server'' end's. I've let it go for about 3 hours now and nothing. Someone please help me with this.

We'll need to see log files to figure out what's going on. Can you do this please:
- Reproduce the problem
- In Windows Explorer go to C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ . In here you should see a number of "session-..." folders
- Make a zip file of the most recent "session" folder (right click the folder and select Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder) and send us the zip file at [email protected]
(If you cannot find the C:\ProgramData\ folder, make sure you enable the option to show hidden items in your Windows Explorer)
