Can't open FBX

Hello! I just installed your software and windows asks me to let this program do changes to the pc etc.. i click on yes and poof! it never opens... i tried running in administartor, installing visual c++ 2017, and there is no session folder that the fbx team keeps emplying. I hope there is a solution for this.

Can you go to the Windows Start button -> Programs -> Blueberry Software -> FBX Game Recorder, and select 'Send a problem report'. This should send us any log files FBX created.

i clicked on send a problem report, then nothing shows up, does it mean it worked?

Difficult to know what to suggest apart from a complete reinstall (uninstall, restart Windows, download and reinstall). What version of Windows are you running?
