About Secondlife recordings

When I record it does the whole screen. I dont want to do the whole screen with the bar across the top and the tool bar on the bottom. How do I fix that?

Are the bars part of Second Life? If they are actually part of the game (rather than something added around the game window by Windows), then there is no way not to record them.
