FBX WONT STOP RECORDING

this is stupid now I tried to rec but it starts to rec then when I try to stop it it doesn't work I press the hotkeys I need to and it wont stop -.-

please fbx wont stop recoerding it just says press ctrl and f12 to stop recording, I press it and it doesn't work
