Failed loading video

When im done recording I go to captures and go to game and I try to click the gameplay that i want to upload too but it says Failed loading video. plz help

Can you please:

• Try a different hardware encoder.
• If that doesn't help, please go to the Support tab and send us a report. We'll take a look.
